“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
— Jeremiah 29:11
Lord, I don’t know what tomorrow will bring.
The world shifts like sand beneath my feet.
I try to plan, to prepare,
but I cannot see what waits ahead.
Fear whispers that the future is dark,
that hope will fail,
that my life is too fragile to hold.
But I know You hold every moment,
every breath, every day yet to come.
Teach me to trust You with what I can’t see.
When my mind spins with “what-ifs,”
remind me that You are already there—
ahead of me, guiding my steps.
I place my future in Your hands, Lord.
Even if the road grows hard,
I will walk it with You,
because You are my safe place,
my unshakable hope.
